This trick is believed by researchers to be more effective than any other known means of increasing physical stamina.

According to recent studies, the nitrate contained in beetroot juice leads to a reduction in oxygen uptake.

This means that your body uses less oxygen during exercise, which makes exercise less tiring.

What All This Means For You

When exercise becomes easier, well, it will automatically allow us to work harder & longer without even noticing, and by this alone, it means you'll be able to burn more calories and more fat as a mere side effect.

The trick is really not a trick, all you have to do is simply add 2 cups of beet juice to your diet each day.

This means you wouldn't be any more tired exercising at the higher intensity compared to exercising at the lower speed before you began supplementing with beet juice!

The implications this has on burning fat is incredible!


The most amazing part of this study is that the subjects only had to drink a single pint (2 cups) of beet juice per day for 6 days to see the increase their endurance & stamina, because the researchers suspect the nitrate contained in beet juice turns to nitric oxide in our body!
