It’s sometimes hard to remember to eat every 3 hours, especially when you’re just starting out. But if you truly want quick weight loss, meal timing is of the utmost importance.
Here’s a simple tip straight from the HowToGetSixPackAbs.com program:
Schedule your meals so that you know exactly what time you should be eating throughout the day.
Then set the alarm on your watch to go off at every interval.
So let’s say you’re planning to eat at
7 am, 10:30 am, 1:30pm, & 4:15pm
Since your day is so busy, to ensure you never skip a meal and increase your chances of quick weight loss, simply set your watch’s alarm clock to buzz at each of those times as a reminder to eat.
