Rapid Stomach Fat Loss Tips

If your goal is Rapid Stomach Fat Loss, there are a few things you can do to kick it into high gear. Many people believe the fastest way to lose stomach fat is to severely decrease the number of calories they consume per day. This is not only the wrong approach, but its consequences can even cause fat GAIN setting you back weeks at a time.

 

Here are a few Advanced Nutrition Tips for Stomach Fat Loss:

 

1. Calculate the number of calories you need per day for 2-3 pounds of fat loss per week. If you don't have the precise formula found in the How To Get Six Pack Abs e-book, that's okay. Just multiply your desired weight by 10, and use this number for your daily calories. This will work fine for now.

 

2. Once you've calculated your calories, you will set your macronutrients per meal at 40% protein, 40% Carbs, and 20% fat for your Regular Day nutrition needs - Referred to in the chart below as "Regular Nutrition Day".

 

3. Carb Depletion Cycling - Once you have the proper number of calories calculated to lose 2-3 pounds of fat per week, we will add a curve ball into the mix to give it even more of a boost. Your weekly calorie intake will stagger based on the number of carbs you eat per day by alternating between 40% carbs, 20% carbs, & 0% carbs respectively throughout the week for a 2 week period.

 

Here's the schedule:

 

Monday Regular Nutrition Day
Tuesday 1/2 Carb Day
Wednesday 0 Carb Day
Thursday Regular Nutrition Day
Friday 1/2 Carb Day
Saturday 0 Carb Day
Sunday Cheat Day
Monday Start the Cycle Over

 

By following this chart your daily calories will alter from day to day, keep your body constantly guessing, and dramatically increase the amount of fat your body burns.  

 

However, this "Technique" is a single piece of the puzzle, using alone will not burn 6-8 pounds of fat off your stomach if you're not following an exercise program, eating a clean diet, and/or performing moderate to intense cardio training. If you're NOT doing these things along with this advanced technique, then the most you can expect to lose is 2-3 pounds within 2 weeks (and that's pushing it). So, it's highly recommended you find and follow an exercise program that's proven to be effective to go along with this strategy.
